The poles are 160cm in height and yellow in colour and are great for use in different drills, the height ensures the players use all there body and they can bee seen at eye level, which cones only encourage looking down, poles also encourage better lateral maneuvering. These are great for training with and without the ball and are ideal for football rugby, hockey and more. Also mark as corner poles.

These can be used for boundary markings, speed and agility exercises or slalom races.
