Lee Valley Athletics Centre is delighted to host our Winter Open Meet this December. Entries open – 1st October 

Timetables and Order of Events 

Shot and Long Jump: Each athlete shall have 4 straight throws or jumps. This maybe increased to 5 depending on pool sizes on the day.

Field timetable/pools will be decided once entries close.

Men/Women will be seeded and run as separate races with Women running first followed by Men and run fastest to slowest.

Entry Desk – Opening Time: 08:45

Registration for your race will close 1 hour before your start time. The races will then be seeded and displayed in reception and in Call Room.

Max length spike length is 6mm. We recommend compression spikes for best performance on the Indoor Mondo Track.

We will still be using the current age groups for the indoor season. The new age groups will take place from 1st April 2026 summer season.
