Off Track & Running Cross Country Session

On Track Athletics is pleased to bring you the return of our Off Track & Running Cross Country holiday coaching sessions.

These sessions are for young people in primary school years 3,4,5 & 6 as well as secondary school pupils in year 7.

The session will include the following elements of cross country running.

  • Warming up and walking the course.
  • Race tactics.
  • Pacing.
  • Hill running.
  • Mini Cross Country Race.

The session is COVID-19 secure and will involve the following:

  • A maximum of 10 athletes per coaching group.
  • Social distancing will be in place.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available for all young athletes.
  • Breaks will be staggered.
  • A toilet facility will be available.

Our procedures will be reviewed and adjusted in line with Government and England Athletics advice.

Lead by qualified British Athletics Coaches and Cover by Insurance.
